Profitec Pro 800 Steam Pressure Gauge ReplacementUpdated 5 months ago
What you'll need:
- 13mm wrench
- 14mm wrench (two of these)
First you'll need to remove the panels from your machine. On the right side of the machine, you'll find the pressure gauge. Using the 13mm wrench on the capillary tube's nut and a 14 mm wrench on the bracket nut to hold it steady, break the capillary tube connection free. You can then use your hand to unthread the tube's nut from the gauge threading.
To remove the bracket, it may be most useful to use two 14mm wrenches. Using one to hold the gauge in place on the square piece on the gauge behind the bracket, and one on the nut on the threading, loosen the nut to remove the bracket.
Pull the gauge from the machine through the front face.
Replace the new gauge by following these steps in reverse order. If you have any questions, contact us at [email protected].
