Tools Needed:

• 3.5 mm Allen Wrench
• 3 mm Allen Wrench
• Phillips Screwdriver

1. Turn the machine off, then remove the top cup warming tray and water tank.
2. Loosen the screws on the bottom of the machine as shown in this photo.

3. On each side in the back there is two allen screws with nuts on the inside. Remove them from both sides and the back panel will slide out.

4. Remove the two phillips screws on the top of the machine near the front, from here you will be able to pull the side panels out and off the back of the machine.
