Important Note: Your grind must be dialed-in to consistently pull shots at your preferred recipe in order for the machine's volumetric dosing to be accurate. The machine's volumetric dosing is only able to be set accurately if the grind and recipe is consistent.

Understanding Your Brew Pressure Gauge

First, press and hold the power button for around 3 seconds, until the temperature light starts blinking. Next, pull a shot using either the single shot or double shot button, and press the same button once you've reached your desired volume. Finally, press the power button one more time, and voila, your shot is timed for future use.

This mode can also be used to operate the machine manually for testing purposes.
